All services are delivered based on mutually agreed contracts, proposals, and timelines. Scope of work will be clearly defined in a written agreement before commencement.

3. Quotations & Payments

• Quotations are valid for a limited period as specified in the proposal.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule in the contract.
• Delayed payments may attract penalties or project delays.
• Mortarcraft retains the right to suspend work until payments are cleared.

4. Project Timelines

Timelines are estimated based on project requirements, availability of materials, and approvals. Mortarcraft is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as regulatory approvals, force majeure, or client-side delays.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project details, approvals, and access to sites for smooth execution.Any changes to project scope after commencement may affect cost and timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, 3D models, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Mortarcraft until full payment is received.Clients are not permitted to share, reproduce, or use Mortarcraft’s designs without written consent.

7. Warranty & Liability

Mortarcraft ensures quality workmanship and materials as per agreed terms. Any warranties on materials are limited to those provided by manufacturers. Mortarcraft is not liable for damages caused by misuse, third-party interference, or factors beyond our control.

8. Cancellations & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as per contract terms. Costs incurred up to the termination date must be settled by the client.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
